Semvac OE Cabins
The cabins are TSI compliant and designed to seamlessly integrate into existing train layouts, reducing
the need for extensive retrofitting. Constructed from
durable materials, these cabins offer a long-
lasting and hygienic solution for passenger comfort.
Depending on customer needs, they come fully
equipped with a toilet, sink, mirror, cabin heater, hand
dryer, soap dispenser, light, hand sanitizer, paper dispenser, baby changing table, baby holder, and waste bin, ensuring all passenger needs are addressed.
Semvac’s Toilet Systems with Controller
and Tank
Our systems ensure effective waste management by
optimizing flushing and emptying, minimizing water
usage and maintenance needs. Tank sizes can be adjusted to meet specific train and route requirements.
The innovative technology embedded in the controllers can also link with train monitoring systems,
enabling proactive maintenance alerts.
Depending on our customers request, Semvac’s premium toilets are equipped with our unique TV1 pinch
valves or original Semvac slide valves and feature
a new generation of advanced fire approved valve
blocks and light weight, fire approved water pressurizors. This, along with a newly developed control unit,
makes them the ideal choice for trains, whether for
new builds, mid-life upgrades, or renovation projects
with limited installation space. Furthermore, their
user-friendly design streamlines cleaning and service
tasks.
